How to enroll or refer someone for addiction treatment

You can enroll in an addiction rehab program yourself or refer someone else for treatment. Many individuals are referred to Marworth by a family member, family doctor, therapist, employer, employee assistance program, insurance provider, clergy, community organization, or another drug and alcohol rehab center.

Marworth admissions counselors are available to answer your call. Call 800-442-7722. Note that the verification of insurance benefits and receipt of medical records are usually only able to be processed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). Once verified, the admissions counselor will arrange a convenient date and time for the new patient to be admitted.
